As I said a day or two ago I was going to make a few changes to the type or posts I put out on here, or at least continue what I have been doing recently and amend the general title of this blog from pure film to all types of photography and related things. With that in mind this is going to be a post of several images of my house-mate just generally around the house. All taken on my Olympus OM-D EM-5 with 17mm 1.8 M. Zuiko Digital lens.
ISO 400, f1.8, 1/20th sec. The reflections in the window are what I like most about this one as it lets you see what the lens can’s, the face, the other side of the room, the room behind the doorway this is shot through.
IOS 400, f1.8, 1/20th sec. I like the lighting and the framing here, the window in the background encompasses my house-mate, as if he is a photograph himself in a frame.
ISO 400, f1.8, 1/25th sec. Leading lines are the name of the game here, on the wooden door to the left, the jumper my house-mate is wearing and the tiles in the background. All of them leading the eye to the centre of the image and his face. He doesn’t look too amused here as I caught him slightly by surprise.
