As promised earlier in the week we’re returning to the street photography I’ve taken on film, since this blog was started originally to be about mostly film photography. All images are taken on Fomapan Classic 100 using my Olympus OM-1 and 50mm F.Zuiko lens.
F5.6, 1/125th Sec. Eagerly anticipating the tour on the Cardiff tour bus, or just asleep waiting for the driver to hurry up and get gong? Who know’s.
F1.8, 1/125th Sec. Early morning delivery to the fancy dress store, I like the focus on this, nicely blurred in the foreground and and becoming sharper until it reaches the woman in the centre of the shot.
F5.6, 1/125th Sec. An image I’d forgotten I’d taken, the aperture and shutter speed are a guess (although a likely accurate one considering I remember the shot’s around this and they had the same settings). I like the repetition of the tree’s and like the previous post’s image of the girl sat on a bench I like the misty feel to this as well.
F5.6, 1/125th Sec. Another image I forgot I’d taken, although this time I’m not as keen on it. I think the reflection’s could’ve come out better or the view of the people in the cafe could’ve gone better, on this occasion neither did. I’ve included this shot more as an example of the age old rule you can take as many photograph’s as you like, they’re not all going to turn out great.
