Some more street photography taken on my Olympus OM-D EM-5 and with 17mm Zuio lens (that will be changing soon as I picked myself up a shiny new lens, woohoo).
ISO 800, F4, 1/60th Sec. I named this “He who control’s the spice” on my Flickr, because, well because I’m a ridiculous nerd (and you would have to be as well to get the reference). I was aiming just to take a shot of this wide and incredible variety of spices on this market stall but then this woman walked past at exactly the right moment.
ISO 100, F4, 1/25th Sec. I just had to take a shot of this window, the reflection’s are all over the place what with the mirror’s and glass but I just loved how classic barbershop this looked.
ISO 400, F4, 1/250th Sec. A slightly different view of one of the shopping arcade’s I like to photograph, from above on the balconies. Again repetition is the name of the game here, repeating tables, line’s, barriers, lighting fixture’s. I ended up chatting with one of the owner’s of the whole place (actually of pretty much all the shopping arcade property in Cardiff) after he spotted my Leica IIIc on the table in front of me in the coffee shop below and asked me about it, that never happen’s with digital photography.
ISO 200, F4, 1/250th Sec. He’s got a fair way to walk if he’s going to the bus station, it was moved a few month’s ago, maybe he hadn’t realised?
