Street Photography – Olympus OM-D EM-5; 35

Another load of street photography images taken with my Olympus OM-D EM-5 and 25mm Panasonic Leica Summilux lens. All taken around the streets of Cardiff.

Bench Reflections.jpg ISO 200, f4, 1/100th sec. The reflective surface of the bench is what I was trying to make the main subject here as the central figure’s face is reflected below him as he walks past.

Beneath Bridge 2.jpg ISO 250, f1.4, 1/4000th sec. The lone figure of the little boy coming out of the darkness of the bridge, the lighting and painted lines reflecting damply leading towards him.

Beneath Bridge.jpg ISO 200, f4, 1/100th sec. This time no lone child , the lights and painted lines lead in and out of the shadows and into the burning bright light on the other side instead.

Binoculars.jpg ISO 400, f4.5, 1/320th sec. I liked the patterning of the coats on these people as well as the repeating lines of the barrier stretching diagonally across the image in front of them.

Bliss.jpg ISO 200, f4, 1/320th sec. She did’t look to me like she was celebrating 31 flavours very much.
