Edition forty two of my street photography series taken on my Olympus OM-D EM-5 with Panasonic Leica Summilux 25mm lens around the streets of Cardiff. Let me know what you think.
ISO 200, f4, 1/400th sec. What I like most about this is the comparison between the huge man made structure’s and the, relatively speaking, tiny couple. We really are dwarfed by our creations.
ISO 400, f4.5, 1/320th sec. A pop up market int he city centre, two, I assume satisfied, customer’s on their way.
ISO 400, f4, 1/1600th sec. I saw this guy stood staring down the street with the strong light in front of him, it’s a shame it wasn’t later or earlier in the day so the shadow he cast would have been longer and bolder.
ISO 400, f4, 1/250th sec. Love the patterns on show here, the paving, the walls, the window display lights, the blocks the man is sat on. I also like the reflections in the window which show’s you what you can’t see in the main frame of the image.
ISO 400, f4, 1/25th sec. Too many lights really for this to come out the way I wanted although it has given this a very duplicated look to the interior of the fridge.
ISO 400, f4, 1/80th sec. I’m impressed by how clear this one came out, these boy’s were moving stuff out of a shop that was moving premises down the street and the level of detail that’s come out is good. I also like you can see the one boy’s face just reflected in the far right of the image showing you both their front and back.
