Welcome to Part three of my (kind of) diary of my trip around Italy last November. This was my last full day in Torino, and I spent the vast majority of it taking photo’s around the beautiful Parco Valentino. The afternoon I spent mostly shooting street photography and hanging around the Piazza Castello (none of those images are in this post however as they’re all black and white and don’t really fit with this, they are being posted soon though). In the evening I finally found a really good place to have dinner, though for the life of me I can’t remember what it was called. One thing I think I learned about Torino is there’s no restaurants, but tons of cafes and bars……..or maybe that was just me wandering around the wrong places?
Anyway of all the following are all taken on Agfa Vista 200 with my Olympus OM-1. I hope you enjoy them.
Autumn is definitely my favourite season and the colours of the trees and leaves looked fantastic.
The Borgo Medievale was built in the late 19th century for a great exhibition, and therefore completely fake and not a real medieval village, however it does look pretty impressive on the bank of the Po. Like the set for a fantasy movie.
Um yeah so I stumbled across a girl sat in a tree………
If you’d like to see more of the mages I took around Italy then you can find copies of the photozine I made on my Etsy Store. Alternatively if you’d like to purchase a print of any of my images that aren’t currently for sale then drop me a message through the contact page.
