I was asked by my Mum if I could make an image of Caerphilly Castle she could use on the invitations for her upcoming wedding, I had a few shots left on my OM-1 on a roll of Agfa Vista 200 so shot these off as well.

Taken with my Nikon FM with 28mm lens on Agfa Vista Plus 200 film at f11 1/250th sec. This is St Lythan’s Burial Chamber, a neolithic monument in a field in the Vale of Glamorgan, as you can see it was a beautiful day with blue sky and sunshine abound, what may or may not be more noticeable is how much that grass is blowing about…..it was damn windy. The Colloseum in Rome, the true majesty of what human engineering could achieve even nearly two thousand years ago. All these are taken on my Nikon FM with 28mm on Agfa Vista Plus 200 ISO film.
Some have a black banding across the bottom where the film seems to have been exposed, I think this works quite well with some of the images, giving them a more aged feel. To me these look like they were taken decades ago and not last month.
